I can confirm from the initial contact made, throughout the whole period of negotiations and finally the issue of my policy document, which arrived the very next day after I paid for my policy, the staff at Warranty Works were courteous, friendly and extremely professional throughout. Calls were returned when promised, and all my queries were answered with quick and positive answers. The cover provided under the Platinum policy is excellent value, which I don't think can be matched by any other competitor. And finally, to be offered the third year FREE of charge, if you select to take out the 2 year option, is just the icing on the cake. Warranty Works are a credit to their industry and other, so called "Warranty companys" should take note and follow suit. |

And there we have exactly what I was talking about - first rate customer service to get back so quickly to an obviously irate customer (although to re-iterate, not irate at you)! I would never expect such an offer from any company and as a customer am more than overjoyed.This quick, professional response and extremely generous offer is one of a number of examples of how good the service has been. At one stage we had concerns about some aspects of the policy. Mr Haskell however dealt with our concerns in a manner which is not experienced too often in this day and age.
